Which of your locations does AI recommend?

Buyers ask assistants for the best option in their own suburb, so every location is judged in a separate answer. We measure each one against its own market and hand you a ranked list of the sites AI never names.

Why portfolio averages hide the problem
  • AI answers are asked per city, not per brand

Nobody asks an assistant for your company. They ask for the best option in their suburb. Every location is competing in its own separate answer, and your brand-level marketing never sees those results.

  • Your flagship can win while a dozen locations are invisible

One strong site pulls the brand average up and hides the rest. Until every location is measured separately you cannot tell which ones are absent from the answers buyers actually get.

  • The gap often is not on your website at all

In our own scans, assistants recommending local businesses cited Google Maps entries rather than the businesses' own pages. A perfect national website does not help a location whose profile data is thin or wrong.

  • Location managers cannot see the problem

Franchisees hear "we're not showing up in AI" and have nothing to act on. A ranked list of which locations are missing, and the reason, turns that into ordinary field work.

From our own data

We scanned 30 med spas across four metros. Most were named in zero of six buyer-intent prompts — and the ones that did appear were not reliably the largest businesses.

Across 96 repeated answers in a separate study, the category leader was named in just 38% of runs. Size does not decide who gets recommended, which is exactly why a portfolio needs measuring location by location.

What the portfolio audit gives you
  • Every location scored separately

The same buyer-intent prompts run against each location's own city, so results are comparable across the portfolio rather than averaged into one number.

  • A worst-first ranking

The portfolio view opens on the locations that appear in the fewest answers. That is your work queue, ordered by how much demand each one is missing.

  • The raw AI answer behind every score

Every number links to the response we observed, with engine, city and timestamp. When a franchisee disputes it, you have the evidence rather than an assertion.

  • Competitors named instead of you, by market

The local operators winning each answer, per city. That is where field marketing and local PR effort should go first.

  • Technical AEO readiness per domain

Whether AI crawlers are allowed, llms.txt exists, and structured data is present, checked per site rather than assumed from the parent domain.

  • Movement between observations

Locations are re-scanned on a schedule, so you can show whether a fix moved anything instead of arguing about a single screenshot.

Pricing

From $2,500

one portfolio audit · quoted by size

Get a quote for your list

One fixed fee for the whole portfolio, quoted against your actual list, because location count, metro count and the reporting you need all move the work. There is no per-seat fee and nothing recurring unless you decide afterwards that the numbers are worth watching.

It is deliberately a diagnostic rather than a subscription. Watching a score every week is only useful once you know which sites are absent and what is causing it, and that is the part nobody bundles. Comparable one-time AI visibility audits are quoted by consultancies at $1,500 to $5,000 for a single brand — this covers a portfolio.

Want the tracking afterwards? Portfolios up to 15 locations are covered by the Agency plan at a flat $899 a month on our standard plans, and larger portfolios are quoted alongside the audit.

Quotes are exclusive of tax, which is applied based on your billing location. Portfolio engagements are invoiced; card checkout is available on the standard plans and on the one-time audits for single brands.

Frequently asked
01How is this different from your Agency plan?+

The Agency plan is ongoing monitoring for up to 15 unrelated client brands, each with its own white-label report. This is a one-time diagnostic across a single brand's locations, which is a different job: you are not watching a trend line yet, you are finding out which sites are absent and why. Monitoring is available afterwards if the audit shows it is worth watching.

02Why an audit rather than a monthly per-location subscription?+

Because a subscription answers the wrong question first. Before paying to watch a number every week you need to know which locations are invisible and what is causing it, and that is a piece of analysis rather than a dashboard. Several Google Business Profile platforms will bundle basic per-location AI tracking cheaply alongside listings and reviews, and if a running score is genuinely all you need, that is a reasonable buy. What they do not give you is the diagnosis: the raw answers, the competitor winning each market, the technical readiness per site, and a fix list ordered by impact.

03Can you guarantee our locations get recommended?+

No. AI answers vary by phrasing, provider, retrieval state and time, and anyone promising a guaranteed result is selling you something they cannot control. What we commit to is consistent measurement per location, evidence you can audit, and a prioritized list of fixes.

04Do you work through our agency?+

Often, yes. If an agency already handles your local marketing we can supply the measurement to them under their branding and stay out of the client relationship entirely. Either arrangement works.

05What do you need from us to start?+

A list of locations with a URL and city for each. Send 3 of them and we will scan those free, so you can judge the output on locations you already have opinions about before committing to the portfolio.
