Why mentionpop exists
Traditional SEO dashboards can show rankings without explaining why ChatGPT, Gemini, or an AI search surface recommended a competitor. MentionPop was built to preserve that missing evidence: the prompt, engine, timestamp, brand position, cited URLs, competing brands, and what changed between observations.
Who builds it
MentionPop is founded and independently built by Aditya Kumar. Aditya is a SaaS maker focused on practical monitoring systems, transparent reporting, and turning AI visibility gaps into specific technical, content, and citation actions.

How trust is handled
MentionPop does not guarantee inclusion in third-party AI answers. Failed API calls are not counted as brand misses, observed results retain their engine and timestamp, and the public sample report is clearly labeled fictional. We do not publish anonymous testimonials or review markup without verifiable customer evidence.
